Hi my name is Tia Stoneman and I'm an illustrator/ artist/ designer, I paint, collage, draw, use clay, metal, make books/ Cards, tattoo design, animal portraits, pyro-engraving on wood and have even been known to do a bit of sewing!

I have recently graduated from the University of Portsmouth where i studied BA (hons) Illustration, my main interests are in natural history and myth. I love to read both fact and fiction and find research a necessity to my work, i approach a brief by sketching preliminary ideas  initially, followed by extensive research into the subject area. This then follows into more detailled potential outcomes and then whittled down into the final piece.
